About the role
Responsibilities Design and ship Rust modules in the Eigensphere execution path, including deterministic WASM-compatible components and safe host calls Implement and integrate post-quantum primitives such as Kyber, Dilithium, and Falcon Own gRPC and GraphQL contracts for runtime and cross-chain operations with schema evolution and idempotency Manage Kubernetes deploys, circuit breakers, and OpenTelemetry tracing across owned paths Develop Rust and JavaScript SDKs and sandbox tooling for the developer ecosystem Requirements Production experience with Rust (ownership, lifetimes, async/Tokio) Experience shipping backend services with gRPC or GraphQL and OpenTelemetry Proven work in distributed systems (retries, idempotency, backpressure) Proficiency with Kubernetes and CI pipelines for Rust Ability to implement cryptographic specs against test vectors Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent practical depth Preferred Qualifications Experience with WASM runtimes (wasmtime) or blockchain execution (Cosmos SDK, EVM, Solana, zkVM) Contributions to open-source Rust projects Experience with regulated or audit-facing backends (SOC 2, payments, healthcare) Public artifacts such as crates, papers, or design docs About the Company Launch Legends is the parent company of Autheo, an AI-enabled Layer-0 Operating System with an integrated Layer-1 blockchain.
