About the role
Responsibilities Support and maintain end-user hardware including PCs, laptops, PoS systems, and iOS devices Maintain Dell and Nutanix server environments, Windows Server, and Meraki/Fortinet networking equipment Monitor and resolve incidents via Freshservice and SolarWinds Coordinate equipment deployments, site openings, and infrastructure upgrades Create and maintain technical documentation and asset records Participate in after-hours and holiday on-call rotations Requirements 3+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, or field services Proficiency with Windows environments, server infrastructure, and network equipment Ability to travel up to 40% for site support and projects High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform equipment installation About the Company Green Thumb provides cannabis-related services and infrastructure support across multiple business locations.
