Responsibilities Work directly with the CEO, CTO, and engineering team to build full stack features and product improvements Work across the entire stack using cutting edge frameworks and tools Take end-to-end ownership of work and lead key components of the product roadmap Refine the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines Maintain AWS infrastructure Requirements 5+ years of Software Development Experience Professional experience with Python (5+ years) and Django (3+ years) Professional experience with JavaScript (React/Redux preferred) Strong fundamental understanding of RDBMS, specifically Postgres In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS and Terraform Solid engineering fundamentals and passion for high quality code Product intuition and ability to make sound UX decisions Benefits Competitive salary with employee stock options and bonus Access to a 401K Medical, dental, and vision coverage Remote-first work environment About the Company Aktos is a seed-stage Vertical SaaS Fintech startup building the Operating System for the credit collections industry, aiming to make the credit recovery process a more positive experience for all parties.
