Responsibilities Work with clients to understand requirements, scope, and plan technical activities such as consulting, assessments, and audits Decompose high-level product descriptions into well-defined technical activities for security engineering teams Lead technical project teams within the scope of engagements Document and present product security risks in both technical and business-oriented language Conduct technical QA and present deliverables including findings, reports, and improvement recommendations Build and develop relationships with cross-client teams and partners Drive continuous improvement of technical quality for project team deliverables Ensure client satisfaction and communicate lessons learned to the business development team Requirements BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in application security related roles 2+ years of experience in technical project management related to product or information security Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills Ability to travel Preferred Qualifications Experience with security concepts, cryptography, and protocols across Cloud, Web, Mobile, and IoT/Embedded applications Experience reviewing application security architectures Proficiency in reading source code in languages such as Swift, Kotlin, Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, or Rust Experience with authentication and access management (OAuth, SSO, JWT, PKI, Cloud IAM) Familiarity with secure hardware features like TPM, HSM, and Mobile Biometrics Experience with S-SDLC processes and managing technical teams Experience working with international teams across different time zones About the Company CENSUS is an internationally acclaimed Cybersecurity services provider supporting multiple industries, including financial institutions, critical infrastructure, and automotive sectors.
