About the role
Responsibilities Engineer, administer and optimize Palo Alto Cortex XDR and XSIAM platform configurations and endpoint policies Maintain endpoint agent health and troubleshoot connectivity, installation, upgrade and policy issues Plan and execute enterprise agent deployments, upgrades, migrations and phased rollouts Develop PowerShell, Python and REST API automation for platform administration and reporting Partner with infrastructure, desktop, cloud and security teams to resolve complex platform issues Create runbooks, procedures and documentation; support change management and on-call coverage Requirements Experience managing endpoint security with Cortex XDR and/or Cortex XSIAM Endpoint agent support across Windows, macOS, Linux, server and VDI environments Scripting and automation with PowerShell, Python or REST APIs Preferred Qualifications 6-10 years of relevant endpoint security experience Bachelor of Technology or equivalent degree About the Company Yum!
