Responsibilities Lead high-impact build projects across ASG portfolio companies Work hands-on across the full stack using AI-native development practices Serve as technical leader and advisor to portfolio engineering teams Train and mentor engineers on AI-native software development Design and host workshops and enablement sessions on agentic coding Establish repeatable patterns and playbooks that scale across companies Requirements 7+ years of software engineering experience in senior or lead roles Full-stack experience across infrastructure, backend, web, mobile, databases Experience using AI and agentic coding tools Familiarity with AI code review, static analysis, testing, CI/CD, observability Strong communication and facilitation skills About the Company ASG is a group of market-leading SaaS companies serving industries from behavioral health to transportation to childcare, backed by Alpine Investors.
