Responsibilities Build end-to-end solutions from discovery to delivery with long-term quality Share business logic across Android and iOS using Kotlin Multiplatform Create React web interfaces consistent with the mobile app Represent complex business rules such as commissions and feature flags in the UI Guide front-end architecture decisions as the product scales Requirements Solid experience with React and TypeScript on the web Mobile development experience with Kotlin, including Kotlin Multiplatform Strong architecture knowledge (MVVM, Clean Architecture), state management, design patterns Solid automated testing, code review and git/gitflow practice Experience integrating REST APIs with error handling and caching Proactive communication and ability to collaborate with design, product and backend Preferred Qualifications Experience with Compose Multiplatform, Jetpack Compose or SwiftUI Familiarity with design systems and component libraries Web performance knowledge (Core Web Vitals) and UX/accessibility practices Experience with A/B testing and product metrics analysis Background in financial markets or payment products Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile and web Daily use of AI tools to accelerate development Benefits Fixed salary and variable compensation package based on role eligibility Health and dental plan, virtual telemedicine service, medication subsidy Meal and food vouchers, childcare allowance, life insurance Fuel or commuting allowance, home office allowance for hybrid or remote contracts Education benefit through an internal self-development platform About the Company Stone is Brazil's largest independent payments company, with over fifteen thousand people across the country.
