About the role
Responsibilities Own design for a product area end to end: discovery, flows, interface, copy and quality Work as an equal partner with product manager and tech lead on scope and priorities Plan and run user interviews and usability tests, using product analytics Challenge requirements with evidence and propose work beyond the roadmap Build coded prototypes and ship UI changes with Claude Code Contribute improvements back to the design system Give feedback in weekly design critique Requirements Senior product design experience, typically six years or more, mostly B2B SaaS Track record of owning a product or product area over time At least one complex product shipped and maintained, such as an editor, builder or dashboard Strong product thinking and results you can point to Experience running discovery, user research and usability testing Confidence working directly with product managers and engineers Full professional English Preferred Qualifications Hands-on with Claude Code or an equivalent agentic coding tool Working understanding of LLMs and core AI concepts Background in e-learning or enterprise software Enough HTML and CSS to read and review generated code About the Company A fast-growing scale-up with a small, senior design team and no layers of management, with product and design people in Dubai and Ukraine.
