Responsibilities Review current products and prioritise visual inconsistencies Define visual language: typography, colour, layout, iconography, motion Build visual system components into the design system Develop visual direction into a documented standard for all squads Work with designers and engineers to drive adoption across products Design and ship product work for the platform team Requirements Senior or lead product design experience with strong visual design skills Portfolio showing visual systems with a clear visual identity Experience building and maintaining a design system Experience with motion and interaction design Experience extending a code-based component library Able to read HTML and CSS and work close to code Full professional English Based in, or willing to relocate to, Dubai Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar agentic coding tools Understanding of LLMs and core AI concepts Front-end development experience Background in brand or editorial design Benefits Solid technical foundation for the design system Ownership of visual direction across a product suite Weekly design critique Hybrid and flexible working in Dubai About the Company A fast-growing scale-up where design shapes the product from day one.
