About the role
Responsibilities Lead design, development, and launch of FundOS features for DAF administration and fund accounting Own and prioritize the FundOS roadmap across business outcomes, feasibility, and client needs Partner with business stakeholders, clients, and operational teams to define product requirements Work with engineering, design, and delivery teams to ship high-quality features on schedule Use product metrics and client feedback to drive continuous improvement Present product strategy and performance results to senior management Research DAF administration trends and the competitive landscape Requirements 5+ years of product management experience with software and SaaS platforms Working knowledge of fintech use cases such as payment workflows and financial compliance Understanding of complex systems and integrations Strong written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to turn business needs into high-impact product features Preferred Qualifications Experience with donor-advised funds or philanthropic/nonprofit technology Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms Experience in a small team or startup environment Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience About the Company Foundation Source provides donor-advised fund administration technology and services for philanthropic sponsoring organizations.
