Responsibilities Work closely with customers to understand their businesses and solve key problems Prototype and ship AI and agentic applications to production Define, measure and iterate on customer outcomes using usage data Turn individual solutions into reusable components and playbooks Bring field insight back to product and engineering leadership Mentor engineers and grow AI capability across the company Requirements 7+ years building and operating production systems 2+ years shipping generative AI or agentic applications Strong engineering in TypeScript or Go and React or equivalent Applied AI experience: RAG, tool use, agentic workflows, MCP Experience with AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude Integrating with CRMs, APIs and third party data systems Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences Preferred Qualifications Experience in real estate, proptech, marketplaces or classifieds Forward deployed, solutions engineering or technical consulting experience Generative AI image or video tooling for visual assets Arabic language skills About the Company Property Finder is the leading property portal in the MENA region, connecting property seekers with real estate professionals.
