About the role
Responsibilities Own the company-wide Quality Engineering strategy, operating model and improvement roadmap Assess QA maturity across domains and prioritize high-impact improvements Define cross-domain standards for test architecture, coverage and release readiness Drive shift-left practices and risk-based quality gates across the SDLC Own QA toolchain and automation architecture, validated hands-on Lead cross-team investigations and root-cause analysis for critical incidents Establish quality metrics and develop QA Technical Leads Requirements 8+ years in QA or Quality Engineering with multi-team technical leadership Experience defining QA strategy and large-scale transformations Strong programming skills for UI and backend automation, Python preferred Experience with distributed backend systems and REST APIs Experience with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes and observability tools Good spoken and written English and Russian Preferred Qualifications Experience in fintech, crypto, payments or another regulated domain Experience with Kafka, event-driven architecture and ledger-like systems Experience with contract, performance or resilience testing Benefits Flexible monthly benefit budget of up to €230 Fully remote work with flexible, async-friendly environment Budget for courses and certifications Medical insurance or reimbursement depending on location About the Company Coinspaid Dev is the engineering brand behind Coinspaid's technology, infrastructure and R&D, with more than 120 engineers.
