About the role
Responsibilities Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap and backlog aligned with business strategy Communicate vision and roadmap to audiences up to senior executives of the Department of the Air Force Make timely, informed decisions on product features, scope and priorities Lead and influence a cross-functional team to execute against the product vision Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria and champion user-centered design Act as bridge between stakeholders and the development team Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field At least 7 years of product management experience Strong understanding of Agile and Lean Product Management Experience leading products from idea to market Experience with user-centered design and usability testing Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of US Air Force digital services trends Experience with user research and iterative feedback loops Experience designing or developing full-service applications Benefits Performance-based bonuses Medical, dental and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Flexible work arrangements where possible About the Company Clarity Innovations is a national security partner delivering software and data engineering solutions to the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense.
