About the role
Responsibilities Own multiple utility mobile products and an in-development AI-based rewarded app Lead a cross-functional team to develop and execute product strategy and roadmap Own monetization strategy across subscriptions, ads, affiliate offers and data monetization Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to measurement Partner with UX, engineering, monetization, design and UA stakeholders Requirements 5+ years of professional product management experience delivering mobile apps 3+ years owning product discovery from idea to launch Strong monetization experience across IAA, IAP and subscriptions Experience building and scaling native Android and iOS applications Strong use of analytics, user research and business cases Exceptional written and oral communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with in-app currencies and reward-based applications Experience with data compensation products and consent flows Familiarity with AppLovin MAX, AdMob, RevenueCat or Superwall Experience with Mixpanel, Firebase and an MMP such as Singular or Adjust Understanding of system design, with AWS, Rails, Node.js familiarity a bonus Benefits 100% remote-first global company Competitive compensation, equity plan for full-time team members, individual bonuses Open PTO, company holidays and wellness days About the Company Mode is a fast-growing technology company building businesses across AI, data, mobile apps and digital experiences, reaching 100M+ monthly active users.
