About the role
Responsibilities Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog for analytics capabilities across SaaS products Translate product strategy and customer needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria Partner with Engineering, Data, Design, QA, and Product Management to refine requirements and deliver releases Lead backlog refinement and participate in sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives Serve as day-to-day product decision maker for scope, prioritization, and delivery trade-offs Incorporate customer and stakeholder feedback and product usage data into priorities Support SaaS modernization, releases, adoption, and go-to-market activities Requirements 3+ years as Product Owner or similar product delivery role Hands-on Agile/Scrum backlog and user story experience Experience with analytics or BI products such as Sigma Computing, Power BI, or Tableau Experience with SaaS, cloud-based, or enterprise software Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements Experience supporting platform modernization or legacy-to-cloud migration Preferred Qualifications Finance software environment experience Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or EDI Product Owner certification (CSPO, SAFe POPM) About the Company Kodiak Solutions provides cloud-based healthcare finance, unclaimed property, risk management, and revenue cycle management platforms.
