25. Difference between a fat JAR and a normal JAR?

Sample answer: "A normal jar has only my classes, so I need the dependencies on the classpath. A Boot fat jar nests everything: my classes in BOOT-INF/classes, dependency jars in BOOT-INF/lib, plus a Boot loader as the main class that reads nested jars. So java -jar app.jar runs on its own."
